    Cleanup Day at Northwest Park Northwest Park is having a Cleanup Day from 10-noon on Sunday, September 20. Organizers are asking volunteers interested in keep their neighborhood park clean to participate by showing up ready to work – and please bring your own facemask and gloves, if possible.     Council Meeting City Council regular meetings, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, will continue as scheduled by electronics only.     Haunted Hallow-Drive (takes the place of this year's Hallow-Palooza due to the pandemic) Haunted Hallow-Drive, an in-vehicle Halloween experience, takes the place of the 2020 Hallow-Palooza because of the pandemic. You follow the Scooby-Do theme throughout. Included digital family photo and a bag full of Halloween candy. Upgrade is available for $20 that includes two "Haunted Hallow Drive" lunch bags fulls of snacks and treats.
